• You can now build, edit, and duplicate your own letter and report templates directly in-app — no need to raise a CSM ticket for quick changes and edit. Set the structure, headings, and default phrasing once, and Medow applies it across every consult.
• Templates work alongside your style guide, so the format fits each letter type while the voice stays unmistakably yours.

Please note: Your existing templates are preserved and will appear in the Templates tab at the top of your screen when you log into Medow, ready to edit.

Your customer success manager is still here, and that hasn't changed. This is just one way to make your life a bit easier.

2. Personalisation — built from your own letters

• Medow now creates a personal style guide from three of your existing letters. Upload them once and, in about two minutes, Medow learns your structure, dot-point style, greetings, sign-offs, and phrasing — so every consult sounds unmistakably you from the very first letter.
• Your style guide updates anytime. Add a new sample letter as your style evolves and Medow re-learns the patterns.
