Many specialties, including fertility specialists, meet with couples or involve care teams. Medow’s Multiple Patients mode lets you document one conversation and create separate, patient‑specific outputs automatically.

• One conversation, multiple outputs.
• Separate EMR notes, patient letters, referral letters and summaries for each patient.
• Tone and phrasing tuned for sensitive topics.

Turning on ‘Multiple patients’

Before your consultation

1. Open Medow and select Start consult.
2. In Number of patients, select Multiple Patients.
3. (Optional) Add Context regarding each patient.
4. Click Start consult to begin, or Save for later.

After your consultation

If you forget to turn Multiple Patients on, you can save and regenerate afterward.

1. Open consult.
2. Click Single patient.
3. Select Multiple patients and click Save and regenerate.

Using verbal cues during the consult

• Say patient names naturally.
• Use simple verbal cues to switch focus:
  • “For [Patient A], …”
  • “Switching to [Patient B]’s results, …”
