Accessing Medow on your device

Medow works on any smartphone (e.g., iPhone or Android) or tablet through your web browser. It's perfect for:

• Ward rounds - document as you move between patients
• Operating reports - dictate immediately after procedures
• Multiple examination rooms - carry your device between consults

How to use it

To access Medow on your mobile or tablet:

1. Open your preferred web browser on your device (e.g., Safari or Chrome)
2. Go to your usual Medow login page (app.medowhealth.ai)
3. Sign in with your credentials

To add Medow to your home screen for quick access:

• On mobile (iPhone):

  1. Tap the Share icon (square with arrow)
  2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  3. Tap "Add"

• On mobile (Android):

  1. Tap the menu icon (three dots)
  2. Tap "Add to Home screen"
  3. Tap "Add".

• On iPad:

  1. Tap the Share icon (square with arrow)
  2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  3. Tap "Add"

Watch outs

To ensure Medow captures your audio clearly:

• Keep your microphone unobstructed - don't place your phone in your pocket or cover the microphone
• Avoid using headphones - Medow can only hear what your mobile's microphone can hear. If audio is routed to headphones, Medow won't capture the conversation
