- Your Medow integration team will have sent you a guide for this. If you need the guide again, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected]
How to export to Elixir
Once you've reviewed and finalised your report in Medow, you can export by:
- Marking the appointment as reviewed - this will trigger the export popup automatically, or
- Clicking [⋯] → Export to Elixir in the top right corner (if you didn't export when marking as reviewed, or want to re-export)
In the export dialog:
- Select which reports you'd like to export (Consult note, Consult letter, Referral letter, Patient letter, WorkCover)
- Click Export
What happens after you export
- Your letters and notes will be visible in Elixir in approximately two minutes after the export is complete.
- Drafts of letters uploaded from Medow to Elixir can be found in two ways:
- Via the top menu bar: Click Office, then select Draft Letters from the left-hand
menu.
- Via the patient's record: Navigate to the patient, go to the Notes tab, and the
draft letter(s) will be displayed on the left-hand menu.
- From there, you can add any CCs and send them to recipients.
- Notes can be found in Elixir by:
- Navigating to the patient, go to the Notes tab, and the note will be displayed on the
left-hand menu.
