Clearing your cache removes saved website files from your browser so Medow can load the latest version. You may also be asked to clear cookies or site data if you are having trouble logging in or accessing the billing portal.

4. Step-by-Step Process / Troubleshooting

Safari on Mac

  1. Click Safari in the top menu bar and choose Settings or Preferences.
  2. Go to the Privacy tab.
  3. Click Manage Website Data...
  4. Click Remove All to clear everything, or select specific sites if you only want to clear data for Medow.
  5. To clear the cache specifically, go to the Advanced tab and tick Show features for web developers at the bottom.
  6. A new Develop menu will appear in the top menu bar.
  7. Click Develop and select Empty Caches.

Google Chrome on Desktop

  1. Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
