After completing an AI Consult or Smart Dictation, you may need to create additional letters or reports for the same patient—such as a referral letter, patient education letter, or WorkCover report. Medow makes it easy to generate these without starting a new consult.

# What reports can you add?

Medow can generate the following additional report types:

• Referral Letter – Send to another specialist or service, including reason for referral, background, and relevant investigations.
• Patient Letter – Plain language summary of the consultation for the patient, including results, management plan, and follow-up instructions.
• WorkCover – For workplace injury claims, detailing capacity, restrictions, diagnosis, and treatment
• Custom Report - You can also dictate a custom report using Smart Dictation for any other specific purpose.

How to add additional reports

Option 1: Generate an AI-powered report

1. Click '+ Add Report' in the editing suite
2. Select the report type (Referral Letter, Patient Letter, or WorkCover)
3. The AI generates the report based on your consultation or smart dictation
4. Review and edit as needed
