Sometimes you or your team may not be able to review letters immediately, and details might fade over time. To make it easy to refresh your memory, Medow Health allows you to access both the consultation transcript and the audio recording whenever needed.

Why use this feature?

With these features, you can:

• Cross-reference details from your consultation or dictation.
• Ensure accuracy before finalising a letter.
• Give your admin team access to review and verify information.

How to access your transcript & audio

Step 1: Go to the Editing Suite

• Open a completed AI consult or Smart Dictation by selecting ‘View report’ from your Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the Three Dots Menu

• Click the ‘three dots’ (…) at the top-right (next to the ‘Mark as Reviewed’ ****button).

  

• Select ‘View transcription / Context’ to see the full text of the consultation.

  

Step 3: View and Download

• The transcript will now open on the right side of this screen.

• You will also find a "Download Audio File" button. Audio can be downloaded for 7 days.

  

Important notes

• Audio recordings are only stored for 7 days—if you need to keep a copy, make sure to download it within that period.
