At Medow, we understand that efficiency and accuracy are key in your consultations. The AI can assist you in structuring your notes, but to get the best results, providing context is essential—either verbally during the consult or through the context box. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure seamless, structured, and accurate documentation.

Step 1: Start a New Consult

A. Starting a scheduled AI consult:

  1. Go to ‘All consultations’.
  2. Look for consults where the Engine column shows AI consult.
  3. Click ‘Start consult’ to begin.
  4. If the Engine doesn’t show AI consult, click the pencil icon and switch the consult type to AI consult.

B. Creating a new AI consult:

  1. Click ‘+ New Consult’.
  2. Select ‘AI consult’.
  3. Enter the patient’s details and adjust any consult settings as needed.

Step 2: Provide Context (Optional, but recommended)

To get the most accurate and structured notes, you can provide additional context before, during or after an AI Consultation. Adding extra context allows you to add details that might otherwise not be said aloud during the consultation.

This might include: Background; Medical History; Test Results.
