Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Medow account by requiring both your password and an authentication code from your mobile device to log in. This helps protect your account and patient data, even if your password is lost or stolen.

What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication requires your password and an authentication code from your mobile device to log in. This adds an extra layer of protection to your account, even if your password is lost or stolen.

How to Set Up 2FA

1. Open (or install, if you don't have one yet) your Authenticator app.

2. Add new account and scan the QR code using your device's camera.

3. Enter the 6-digit verification code generated by your Authenticator app.
