What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-factor authentication requires your password and an authentication code from your mobile device to log in. This adds an extra layer of protection to your account, even if your password is lost or stolen.

How to Set Up 2FA

1. Open (or install, if you don't have one yet) your Authenticator app.

• For iOS: Install the Google Authenticator app or use your preferred one.
• For Android: Install the Google Authenticator app or use your preferred one.

2. Add new account and scan the QR code using your device's camera.

• To access the QR code, navigate to Settings → Security → Setup 2FA in your Medow account.

3. Enter the 6-digit verification code generated by your Authenticator app.

• Once you've scanned the QR code, your Authenticator app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code in Medow to complete the setup.
